The location was excellent. It was just a short walk to nearby pubs, restaurants, and shops. Several beaches were also within walking distance (maybe 5-10 minutes to the closest). The animation team was very friendly and worked hard to entertain guests. They organized activities regularly and created a lively environment (the kids really enjoyed it).
The air conditioning in the room was not consistently working. It kept cutting out, and the room sometimes felt too stuffy.

I was thankful that all the staff. the hotel maintained a high standard , especially the pool area. i appreciated that the pool area did not open until 9am. This stopped people reserving sun beds. the room was very clean and spacious. It had balconies at the front and back.

The staff was wonderful at all places, including the bar, restaurant, and reception areas.
The bedroom had a strong moldy smell (I tried to air it out). Sleeping was a nightmare, and using a mask did not help.

The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. I liked the water dispensers available to refill bottles. This helped reduce plastic waste. The hotel is also very near the main street.
The pool had only one depth, a little too deep for non-swimmers.
